On Sunday morning the played during the Service of Remembrance in Blackburn Cathedral and then led the parade through the streets of Blackburn to the cenotaph in Corporation Park. It is always an honour to lead our local community on such a poignant day.

Later in the afternoon, the band played at a special Festival of Remembrance concert at Darwen Library Theatre. The special programme included the music recently played at Wychavon entertainments contest were the band were placed a magnificent 1st place out of 18 bands. The feedback from the audience was extremely positive with many saying how enjoyable the concert was.
