Preparations are well under way for our 6th annual March & Hymn Tune contest which takes place on Sunday 12th September. We have 20 fantastic brass bands taking part from all over Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cheshire and The North Lakes. The event has grown in popularity every year and we hope you will join us throughout the day, the first band takes stage at 12pm in the Market Square and the prize ceremony is expected to take place around 6pm. The event is free and is suitable for all ages.
